Project PanAMERICA is a growing network that facilitates the creative input and development of the next great collaborators and idea generators. Unlike simple internships we look to empower our young professional collaborators to hold themselves to the highest level of accountability by trusting them with creative responsibility in the world of entertainment, production and art. . As the project develops, the mentorship opportunities do in equal proportion.

As Collaborators we break bread, collect thoughts, and dream big together. Everyone’s voice is part of the collective. From production meetings, retreats, workshops and production, we all build a better community, a clearer vision, a more potent product, and a better world.
